Description

You will support daily business operations by bridging logistics, finance, professional services, R&D, sales, and operations. Your role involves managing purchasing workflows within the ERP system, coordinating inventory and supply chain, handling financial administration like purchase orders and cost analysis, and facilitating cross-departmental communication to ensure teams have the resources they need.

Requirements

  • Ability to remain organized and communicate details in a timely fashion
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks across departments
  • Analytical mindset with focus on constant improvement
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel
  • Comfortable working within an ERP for logistics and/or finance

Responsibilities

  • Work within ERP system for purchasing workflows, data collection, and product storage
  • Identify and drive process improvements within the ERP
  • Use Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to summarize data and prepare forecasts
  • Assist with planning, logistics, and procurement for inventory builds
  • Prepare purchase orders, vouch bills, reconcile credit card spend, and support budgeting
