You'll shape the next phase of our web platform architecture and partner with Product and Design to deliver seamless journeys. • Lead and support engineering teams across the web digital channel
• Uplift quality, consistency, and scalability of web experiences
• Partner with Product and Design for seamless user journeys
• Strengthen shared foundations including design system and web platform standards

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams in digital or web product engineering
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams across multiple locations
• Technical proficiency with Angular, Web Components, .NET/C#, and Azure
• Strong technical judgment and product-minded strategic approach
