Description
You'll act as a full-stack operator, owning everything from zero to scale: business development, deal structuring, implementation, operational design, and automation. Your mandate is to build a new vertical into a scalable, repeatable revenue business that materially accelerates growth.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in business development, operations, consulting, marketplaces, or early-stage startups
- Proven experience launching or scaling a new business line or revenue channel
- Comfort owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems with real financial stakes
- Strong operator instincts and fluency in data, unit economics, and funnel mechanics
- High comfort using AI and automation as leverage
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, execution, and results for an emerging vertical
- Identify, evaluate, and close anchor partners or distribution channels
- Design and launch end-to-end workflows across sales, advisory, operations, and product
- Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to automate workflows and integrations
- Serve as the connective tissue between external partners and internal teams
