💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing customer experience for pop culture fans. Your core impact: using your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets. You'll be part of a mission-driven team that donates a meal to Feeding America with every $10 spent.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
