Description

You will assist the finance team in executing billing operations, implementing scalable systems, and improving processes. This role involves reviewing contracts, managing the billing engine, reconciling COGS, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

Requirements

• 3+ years accounting experience, minimum 1 year AR/billing
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with various computer systems and large data sets
• Ease of learning and adaptation in fast-changing environment

Responsibilities

• Review contracts/IOs/SOWs for approval and billing accuracy
• Manage billing engine and verify platform accuracy for timely invoicing
• Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
• Reconcile COGS accrual and bills monthly
• Develop and maintain billing metrics for senior leadership
