You'll drive 3D design for Brooks' Innovation & Elite Athlete Team, creating breakthrough footwear concepts from early-stage explorations to production-ready geometry. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate biomechanical insights into crafted reality for elite athletes. This role blends artistic vision with technical mastery in a brand focused on performance innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pioneer advanced 3D design across concept, prototype, and production phases.
• Generate production tooling geometry using Rhino 3D or surface modeling environments.
• Create photorealistic renderings that communicate design concepts with impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create breakthrough footwear concepts.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, 3D Design, or related field.
• Proficient in algorithmic modeling tools like Grasshopper, Houdini, Blender Geometry Nodes.
• 5+ years of professional experience in advanced 3D CAD modeling with complex surfacing.
• Expert-level proficiency in Rhino 3D and other surface modeling tools.
