You'll lead a mixed-age infant or toddler classroom in a Montessori environment designed to support independence and discovery. You'll observe each child closely, provide individualized care, and partner with parents to nurture development. • Observe children to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development
• Respect each child's natural rhythms for sleeping, eating, and toileting
• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom environment
• Build warm relationships with children and families
• Lead and collaborate with classroom team members

📋 Requirements

• Interest in pursuing Montessori certification or prior Montessori diploma
• Experience working with children ages 0-3 in group care
• Alignment with child-led educational philosophies (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree (any field)
