🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations in India.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance and partners.
• Ensure compliance with India employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in HR Operations or People Operations.
• Hands-on experience with payroll coordination and onboarding.
• Strong understanding of India labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience in a startup or fast-growth company.
