💼 About This Role

You will assist in the activation and configuration of ChargePoint Networked charging stations, interacting with sales, customers, and service teams to ensure timely and efficient implementations while maintaining excellent communication and documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate and establish best practices with station owners
• Receive inbound service requests post-sale
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Maintenance Partners for timely activation
• Oversee install, activation, and validation of new charging stations
• Track and report on customer status

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management and multitasking skills
• Self-motivated with ability to adapt to change
