💼 About This Role

You'll scale manufacturing from bespoke vehicles to consistent, concurrent builds, owning processes for flight electronics from incoming components through fully integrated and tested avionics assemblies. Your work directly increases build cadence and improves every vehicle Varda produces.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical direction to improve build processes for scale and higher cadence
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to solve production challenges
• Refine floor layouts, capacity models, and product flow analysis
• Develop and implement standardized processes for vehicle integration

📋 Requirements

• B.S. degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering
• 1-4+ years of manufacturing experience
• Proven experience on complex technical programs in aerospace or related industries
• Hands-on experience building complex vehicles

• Experience with aerospace vehicle systems
• Experience transitioning complex assemblies from development to production
• Experience with tooling design using 3D CAD software
