You'll build and manage a scalable audit and exam program for a federally regulated crypto bank. You'll translate regulatory expectations into practical plans and lead day-to-day engagements. This role directly shapes how digital asset banking is supervised.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and evolve the audit & exam framework and playbooks
• Translate regulatory expectations into executable workstreams
• Lead day-to-day management of audits and exams
• Synthesize engagement results into executive-ready updates

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in internal audit, risk, compliance, or regulatory assurance in financial services
• Experience with regulators (e.g., OCC, Fed)
• Familiarity with audit frameworks (e.g., SOC 1/SOC 2)
• Within commuting distance to Manhattan office
