You'll oversee daily operations at a Fixins Soul Kitchen location in Detroit, MI. Your leadership will directly impact guest satisfaction and team performance in a fast-growing Black-owned restaurant group. This role offers rapid advancement opportunities as we open 6+ new stores.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily restaurant operations and staff scheduling
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve issues
• Monitor inventory and control food/beverage costs
• Train and mentor team members on procedures

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
• Proven ability to lead teams of 20+ employees
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in soul food or Southern cuisine restaurants
• Multilingual abilities (Spanish preferred)
• Track record of opening new restaurant locations
