💼 About This Role

You'll own the frontend of our Exchange & Enterprise applications, shaping how thousands of users search properties and analyze markets. You'll join a small, senior team to architect complex data-rich dashboards and ensure high performance across the platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship end-to-end features like complex search flows and data-rich dashboards
• Work directly in React 18 + TypeScript codebase, making architectural decisions
• Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams on UX and API contracts
• Improve testing strategy, state management, performance, and code quality
• Guide other engineers and participate in code reviews to uphold standards

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years of hands-on TypeScript in production systems
• Experience with modern state management and data fetching patterns (e.g., React Query, SWR)
• Strong understanding of code structure, modularity, and long-term maintainability

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with maps/geo UIs (Google Maps, Mapbox)
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor
• Tuning performance in large React apps (bundle size, rendering, real-user metrics)
