🎯 What You'll Do

• Model, forecast, and report on capacity to generate qualified meetings
• Design, build, and deploy multi-channel campaigns to convert PLG signups
• Execute rapid A/B tests on channels, messaging, segmentation, and tooling
• Build systems and workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and scale operations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in demand generation, pipeline operations, or growth roles (SaaS/PLG)
• Proven track record of data-driven planning and campaign architecture
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with ambiguity
• Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, and operations
