💼 About This Role

You'll lead product adoption and value realization for Coupa's customers, acting as the bridge between customers, Product, and Go-To-Market teams. You'll drive feature adoption and value outcomes through data-driven insights. This role combines product expertise with customer engagement to shape the product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive product adoption, feature utilization, and time-to-value for customers.
• Conduct regular product reviews, health checks, and roadmap alignment sessions.
• Capture customer feedback and influence product roadmap priorities.
• Establish structured feedback loops from field teams to product management.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in SaaS product management, presales, customer success, or consulting.
• Deep expertise in procurement, finance, supply chain, or spend management.
• Proven experience driving enterprise software adoption and value realization.
• Strong storytelling skills to translate product capabilities into business outcomes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Coupa or SAP Ariba technology.
• Ex procurement or supply chain practitioner with deep procurement technology expertise.
