You'll promote quality awareness and manage quality systems (BRC, Kosher, Halal) at a leading B2B ingredient manufacturer. You'll maintain a strong presence on the production floor to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Promote quality awareness and guide team to high standards
• Develop, implement, and audit quality guidelines and systems
• Manage quality management system and document platform
• Maintain operational presence to foster quality-focused environment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in food-related field
• Several years of quality department experience in food industry
• Knowledge of quality and food safety systems (BRC, Kosher, Halal)
• Fluent in English and Dutch

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
• Experience with traceability systems
