Description

In this role, you will guide prospective patients from uncertainty to committed action, using judgment and emotional attunement to translate vague help-seeking into a clear next step in mental health care. You'll conduct high-judgment care consults, reduce hesitation, and improve conversion and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, public health or related field preferred
• Experience in mental health care navigation, care coordination, intake, or similar high-empathy role
• Strong mental health literacy including familiarity with diagnoses, treatment modalities, and levels of care
• Ability to handle emotionally complex conversations with empathy and sound judgment
• Experience influencing action and reducing hesitation in others
