💼 About This Role

You'll design and maintain HLR/HSS subscriber templates for a fully remote team at Airalo, the world's first eSIM store. You'll lead technical deployment of Full MVNO profiles and define critical KPIs to keep over 20 million travellers connected globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain HLR/HSS subscriber templates for roaming profiles.
• Collaborate with roaming partners to implement SoR logic in HLR/HSS.
• Lead technical deployment of Full MVNO profiles with QoS and addressing.
• Act as primary technical contact for System Integrators on HLR/HSS configs.
• Define and monitor HLR/HSS KPIs like LU success rates and Diameter TPS.

📋 Requirements

• Deep technical mastery of MAP (SS7) and Diameter (S6a/S13) protocols.
• Extensive experience with HLR, HSS, and UDM in multi-tenant or MVNO/E environment.
• Practical experience with Multi-IMSI applets and Sponsor IMSI roaming logic.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects with external System Integrators under tight deadlines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with 5G UDM and AUSF.
• Knowledge of Cloud Native Network Functions (CNF) and containerised core deployments.
• Scripting skills (Python/Bash) for automating provisioning audits or log parsing.
