💼 About This Role

You'll join an early team building AI-driven security operations that replaces SOC toil with machine-speed triage. As a senior escalation point, you'll validate complex threats, mentor analysts, and train the AI to improve detection logic. This role lets you shape the service from the ground up alongside veterans from top cybersecurity companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define playbooks and operational ethos for a 24x7 service.
• Act as final escalation tier for complex investigations.
• Reconstruct full attack narratives for precise remediation.
• Train and improve AI detection logic through feedback.
• Communicate expert guidance to customers during escalations.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in SOC, MDR, MSSP, or Incident Response role.
• Proficiency investigating threats across endpoints, networks, SaaS, and cloud.
• Ability to design scalable investigations and workflows.
• Comfort writing code in Python, Go, or similar for automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Managed Detection and Response (MDR) environment.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI security data interaction.
