💼 About This Role

You'll build and run the operational backbone of Infisical's GTM organization, bridging revenue operations and enablement. You'll own systems, data flows, and enablement programs that let sales, marketing, and post-sales teams scale efficiently. This is a rare opportunity to define the GTM engineering discipline at a venture-backed infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and integrate the GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, etc.)
• Build dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and revenue analytics
• Design onboarding, skill development, and certification programs
• Produce sales-ready content like battlecards and objection handlers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in GTM/revenue/sales operations at B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on HubSpot and Salesforce administration
• Proven ability to build dashboards and forecasting cadence from scratch
• Experience designing enablement programs that improve rep ramp time

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience selling to developer/DevOps buyers
• Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Clay, Outreach
• Exposure to product-led growth motions
