💼 About This Role

You'll operate and test autonomous electric tractors in the field, lead demos, and close the loop with engineering. You'll deliver reliable field evidence and successful demos for Europe's food security and defence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run field tests and customer demos on varied terrain up to 40 km/h.
• Address defects and track fixes with engineering.
• Support customer training and manage key partnerships.
• Lead on-site demos and customer visits across Spain.

📋 Requirements

• Test engineer or operator in hardware/UGV/EV or electrical engineering.
• Hands-on mechanical skills (swap battery packs, welding, tools).
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• High travel tolerance and comfort with little structure.

• Experience with tele-operation or night testing.
