🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales on the floor
• Coach team members on brand standards and selling behaviors
• Manage daily operations and visual merchandising as Manager on Duty
• Assist with in-store events and clienteling activities

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs
• Availability to work 40 hours/week including weekends and holidays
