You'll manage ongoing customer relationships and drive adoption for a fully remote SaaS company serving frontline teams. You'll act as the voice of the customer and own renewals, expansion, and customer health.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead onboarding of new customers for successful Zipline launch.
  • Act as primary point of contact and voice of the customer.
  • Build strong relationships across customer organizations.
  • Drive adoption, renewal readiness, and identify expansion opportunities.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS account management owning renewals.
  • Retail experience preferred in store operations or HQ.
  • Strong analytical skills using customer data for strategy.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting customer onboarding and implementation.
  • Familiarity with SSO, hierarchy/user setup, training.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity.
