๐ผ About This Role
You'll manage ongoing customer relationships and drive adoption for a fully remote SaaS company serving frontline teams. You'll act as the voice of the customer and own renewals, expansion, and customer health.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding of new customers for successful Zipline launch.
- Act as primary point of contact and voice of the customer.
- Build strong relationships across customer organizations.
- Drive adoption, renewal readiness, and identify expansion opportunities.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS account management owning renewals.
- Retail experience preferred in store operations or HQ.
- Strong analytical skills using customer data for strategy.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience supporting customer onboarding and implementation.
- Familiarity with SSO, hierarchy/user setup, training.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity.
