You'll partner with sales teams to help customers adopt the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, providing technical leadership and designing solutions for big data architecture. Your core impact will be guiding customers through proof-of-concepts and implementations to solve real business problems. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge open source projects like Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with sales to demonstrate Databricks value to customers
• Provide technical leadership for evaluation and adoption
• Consult on big data architecture and execute proof-of-concepts
• Build reference architectures and present to customers

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in customer-facing pre-sales or consulting role
• Experience designing distributed data systems
• Proficient in Python, SQL, Scala, Java, or R
• Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with global system integrators or consulting organizations
• Experience with Data Engineering technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
• Experience with Data Warehousing (SQL, OLTP/OLAP/DSS)
