💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end engineering outcomes for our Guided Selling Salesforce ISV package, collaborating with Product and Engineers to deliver next-generation features. Your work will directly impact sales teams at companies like Square and United Rentals, driving AI-powered sales engagement in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical design, release, adoption, and iteration for Guided Selling
• Partner with Product, CS, Sales, and customers to validate tradeoffs
• Use AI tools to boost engineering throughput and documentation
• Identify platform, data, and integration risks early
• Improve team execution quality through reviews and reusable patterns

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Salesforce product development
• Strong working knowledge of Apex, data modeling, permissions, and limits
• Experience with ISV managed packages or AppExchange review
• Product engineering judgment to balance customer value and maintainability

✨ Nice to Have

• GTM, sales engagement, or revenue intelligence product experience
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows or automation
• Experience with observability and post-ship quality measurement
