You'll join Clutch, Canada's largest online used car retailer, to lead improvements to pricing algorithms and applied machine learning systems. Your work will directly impact margin and conversion, driving outcomes in a high-ownership, business-critical role. You'll have the chance to expand into additional ML domains like lending and fraud detection.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive improvements to pricing algorithms balancing margin and conversion
• Deep-dive into market and vehicle data to identify pricing relationships
• Build, validate, and deploy ML models into production iteratively
• Lead feature engineering, model evaluation, and experimentation design

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with measurable ML business impact
• End-to-end Python proficiency from data exploration to production deployment
• Experience deploying production-grade ML algorithms in live environments
• Strong statistical fundamentals and disciplined validation approach

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with pricing or dynamic pricing models
• Knowledge of automotive or e-commerce domains
• Familiarity with lending or fraud detection ML
