Description

You will manage accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, resolve invoice discrepancies, and work with sales and accounting teams to ensure timely cash application. This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow for a fast-growing digital intelligence company.

Requirements

• Degree in finance/economics/business management preferred
• 2 years of experience as a Collections or Billing specialist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English – written and spoken
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of accounts receivable
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and resolve issues
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and disputes
• Work with sales and account management teams on outstanding payments
