Description

You will lead the delivery of new AI-based insurance products to clients, managing relationships, scoping projects, and coordinating between technical and business teams to ensure timely, scalable, and high-quality implementations. This hybrid role in Singapore requires balancing project needs with product roadmaps and driving process improvements.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of IT project management experience, preferably in SaaS B2B environment
• Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts for C-level stakeholders
• Proactive leadership with ability to manage programs with over 20 participants
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience in Consulting or Insurance industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage overall delivery of solutions, facilitating collaboration between Shift and client teams from operational to senior management
• Engage during presales and inception, structuring and tracking scoping phases, defining project methodology, validating requirements, and identifying milestones
• Coordinate with technical program management to align product roadmap with project plan and execute release process
• Collaborate with technical leadership to drive scalability of complex solutions while balancing project needs
• Shape internal processes and tools to enhance organizational effectiveness
