Description

You'll drive strategic finance, FP&A, and corporate development as Lightning AI scales. Partner with cross-functional teams on deal pricing, unit economics, GPU financing, and investment decisions to directly influence revenue growth and capital allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
• 4+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with complex financial modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with capital markets, M&A, or CapEx financing preferred

Responsibilities

• Support deal reviews with Sales and leadership to recommend pricing decisions
• Partner with Marketing on spend allocation, pipeline efficiency, and unit economics analyses
• Build and maintain driver-based model for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
• Prepare executive-level business reviews for leadership and board
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting, highlighting key business drivers
