💼 About This Role

You'll be the dedicated partner for 150 of Whop's top digital creators, each doing $50k+/month. You'll ensure they never leave and grow 20% every quarter by acting as their main point of contact and advocate. This role reports to the Head of Account Management and is in office at our Brooklyn location.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a book of 125-150 top creators.
• Maintain 100% logo retention.
• Drive 120% Net Revenue Retention QoQ.
• Own Slack Connect channels for your creator book.

📋 Requirements

• Experience operating within coaching, course, agency, or e-com space.
• Ability to navigate high-value relationships without being intimidated.
• Proactive communication and follow-up without reminders.
• Low ego, high output mindset.

• Experience as an internet creator yourself.
• Enterprise relationship management experience.
