Description

You will architect and operationalize a unified security strategy for physical, digital, and industrial security across Neros' defense manufacturing facilities. Reporting to the CEO, you'll build a dedicated Security Organization, ensure DoD compliance, and manage crisis response to protect people, IP, and production lines.

Requirements

• 8+ years progressive experience in corporate or government security
• 2+ years in leadership role (CSO, VP, Director level)
• Currently holds or can obtain TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Experience managing converged security (physical and cybersecurity)
• Expertise in physical security system design and facility hardening for manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Design and implement unified security strategy covering physical, digital, and personnel security
• Oversee security build-out of manufacturing facilities including access, surveillance, and inventory controls
• Drive compliance roadmap for DCSA, ITAR/EAR, NIST 800-171, CMMC, NISPOM
• Build and lead CSO office, managing FSO, CISO, and security personnel
• Define protocols for emergency response, insider threat detection, and business continuity
