You'll join a clinical cohort delivering 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using Charlie Health's evidence-based curriculum. You'll foster client engagement in a fully remote telehealth setting, working with diverse age groups (8-64). This role offers Group Mastery and a stable salaried position with fixed schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using evidence-based curriculum.
• Review and prepare assigned curriculum before group sessions.
• Foster client engagement and encourage a "camera-on" culture.
• Participate in Treatment Team meetings and bi-weekly Group Supervision.
• Complete client documentation within 24 hours meeting standards.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in mental health (MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, etc.).
• Reside and be legally eligible to work in Oregon.
• Proficiency across DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI with intensive treatment experience.
• Ability to work with diverse ages 8-64.

• Experience in high-impact group facilitation.
• Telehealth proficiency with reliable high-speed internet.
• Licensed or registered as CSWA, LPC, LMFT, or QMHP.
