Requirements

• Proven experience as Warranty Administrator in automotive dealership
• Strong knowledge of automotive service and warranty procedures
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in dealership management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track all warranty claims daily
• Audit repair orders for proper documentation and codes
• Act as liaison with service advisors and technicians to correct errors
• Maintain accurate records of submitted claims
• Stay current on manufacturer warranty policies and updates
