💼 About This Role

You'll lead full-cycle recruiting for priority roles across Rho, a modern banking platform for startups. Your core impact is finding and hiring high-integrity operators with urgency and precision. This role reports to the Head of People & Talent and is based in our NYC office, 5 days a week, where you'll treat recruiting like half art, half science.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from kickoff to close for priority roles.
• Position Rho before top operators using creative methods and A/B testing.
• Obsess over metrics and beat them consistently.
• Partner with Talent & People org to advance Rho's talent brand.
• Focus on quality over quantity in hiring.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience with depth in one domain.
• Passion for experimentation and craft, including AI tools.
• Experience in high-accountability environments like startups or fintech.
• Operational excellence and ability to run disciplined searches.
