💼 About This Role

You'll lead technical accounting and financial reporting to prepare a growing company for its first external audit and public market entry. Your expertise will ensure GAAP compliance while leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical accounting for audit and S-1 preparation.
• Lead preparation of GAAP financial statements and footnotes.
• Oversee external audit process and manage auditors.
• Leverage AI tools for research and workflow automation.

📋 Requirements

• Active CPA with Big 4 or national firm background.
• 8+ years of technical accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP principles and practices.
• Experience preparing GAAP financial statements from scratch.
