Description

You will investigate sensitive employee relations matters from start to finish, including conducting intake, interviewing, gathering evidence, and documenting findings. You'll debrief HR partners and leadership, analyze data for trends, and advise on best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years professional experience conducting employee relations investigations
• Must be willing to travel to various SpaceX sites
• Must be willing to work extended hours and/or weekends
• Ability to pass Air Force background checks for Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg

Responsibilities

• Investigate sensitive and complex employee relations matters from start to finish
• Objectively debrief HR business partners and leadership on investigation findings
• Document investigation and summarize findings in a report
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and recommend mitigation strategies
• Advise and train HR business partners on investigations best practices
