Requirements

• Experience in customer service or hospitality
• Availability for 24 hours per week, 3 days
• Friendly, enthusiastic team player with passion for customer service
• Ability to manage time and priorities during busy periods
• Strong communication and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Delight customers with consistent, welcoming customer service
• Prepare coffee and beverages using Eversys equipment and premium products
• Maintain food and beverage quality, freshness, and minimize wastage
• Adhere to health, safety, and food safety standards
• Participate in operations and marketing initiatives to drive sales
