Requirements

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Enthusiasm for working with diverse partners
• Ability to inspect source data, reason about data models, and prepare usable analyses
• 2+ years experience exploring and analyzing complex datasets with SQL
• High proficiency with Python and Pandas for statistical analysis

Responsibilities

• Explore datasets to find new insights about American criminal justice systems
• Contextualize and communicate key findings to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with State Engagement and Implementation Engineering teams to design targeted roadmaps
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Software Engineering to bring analyses into production software
• Analyze trends and changes to understand how products function
