You'll lead agentic AI adoption for enterprise clients undergoing cloud and workspace transformations. You'll coach executive sponsors, build change champion networks, and craft adoption strategies that turn AI into business value. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply change management frameworks to AI and Workspace transformations
• Facilitate Gemini Enterprise Discovery Workshops and impact analyses
• Develop persona-based learning journeys and training programs
• Lead Gemini Enterprise Pilot programs and track adoption metrics

📋 Requirements

• 3-6+ years in organizational change management or consulting
• Prosci/ADKAR certification or equivalent framework proficiency
• Experience supporting cloud or SaaS adoption (Google Workspace, GCP)
• Ability to craft narratives for C-suite to end users

✨ Nice to Have

• Generative AI adoption experience (Gemini or Vertex AI)
• Prior work at a Google Cloud Premier Partner
• Miro or Mural workshop facilitation mastery
