You'll manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles at Viacom18, partnering with hiring managers to build candidate pipelines. This is a 1-year contract role based in Mumbai, India.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Partner with hiring managers on role understanding and candidate evaluation.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing and market mapping.
• Maintain data hygiene and recruitment tracking via ATS and reporting tools.

📋 Requirements

• 5-6 years of recruitment experience in in-house or search environments.
• Experience hiring across corporate, business or non-technical (sales) roles.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• MS Office proficiency is preferred.
