You'll lead clients through their critical milestones on Field Nation's platform, transitioning them from signed contracts to power users. You'll drive behavioral and tactical changes to accelerate user adoption and ensure successful outcomes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with clients to create prescriptive onboarding roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding engagements to drive adoption.
• Proactively identify and remove adoption blockers.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in technical/operational training and change management.
• Strong consultative communication skills for operational and management audiences.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented managing multiple projects.
• Analytical problem solver with troubleshooting skills.
