๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Recruit, coach, and scale a team of Account Managers
- Drive revenue growth through client relationship management
- Oversee post-sales activity for Mid-Market customers
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years as individual contributor in Account Management or Sales at SaaS company
- 2+ years managing a team in high-growth SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in corporate travel industry
- High EQ and coaching ability
