You'll act as the primary organizational reference for the team, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and operations. You'll lead incident management and drive continuous improvement of deliveries. This role combines Scrum Master and Squad Leader responsibilities with hands-on technical support.

• Act as team point of contact for business, tech, and operations alignment.
• Execute Level 2 support procedures with structured troubleshooting.
• Escalate and follow up with Level 3 support team for complex issues.
• Lead team in identifying and implementing small improvements and bug fixes.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove team impediments.

📋 Requirements
