You'll lead Clay's startup programs including the GTM Accelerator and Campus Ambassador program, driving operations, scaling, and innovation. Your core impact will be enabling startups and students to leverage Clay for go-to-market success. This role uniquely combines program management with hands-on community building at a fast-growing company.
