You'll be a founding SDR at AirOps, the first end-to-end content engineering platform for the AI era. You will own the full outbound motion for the UK region, leveraging intent signals and conducting discovery calls to fuel pipeline growth. This is a high-agency role for someone ready to take extreme ownership in a hyper-growth startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and execute creative outreach strategies.
- Conduct deep-dive discovery calls mapping pain points to AI capabilities.
- Build authentic relationships with key decision-makers.
- Ensure seamless handoffs to Account Executives.
๐ Requirements
- 0-1 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proficiency in cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- High EQ and active listening skills.
- Bias for action and ownership of outcomes.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with marketing or growth-tech.
- Familiarity with vibe-coding platforms (Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable).
- Experience coding or scripting.
