You will manage a portfolio of mid to large-sized customers, driving renewal and expansion strategies to improve revenue retention. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customers achieve adoption milestones and realize measurable value from the partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Own renewal processes end-to-end for assigned customers
  • Lead renewal strategy discussions with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Drive Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
  • Identify opportunities for commercial growth and expansion
