Responsibilities
- Own renewal processes end-to-end for assigned customers
- Lead renewal strategy discussions with customers and internal stakeholders
- Drive Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Identify opportunities for commercial growth and expansion
