💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Corporate IT function and drive technology operations across manufacturing and supply chain sites for Dandy, the operating system for dental practices. You'll own the IT strategy, manage the IT budget, and ensure a secure, scalable environment supporting both internal teams and external customer hardware delivery. This role offers a unique blend of corporate and manufacturing IT leadership in a fast-paced, venture-backed company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute IT and InfoSec strategy across Corporate and Manufacturing.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT organization with clear roles and accountability.
• Manage and secure employee devices, collaboration tools, and enterprise SaaS systems.
• Establish and support robust IT infrastructure in manufacturing and logistics sites.
• Own IT governance, compliance frameworks, vendor management, and disaster recovery.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership or director-level role.
• Deep knowledge of endpoint management, enterprise networking, VPNs, SSO, and SaaS.
• Experience supporting manufacturing IT environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, Soti).
• Background in delivering hardware or software products to external customers.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, or similar compliance frameworks.
