💼 About This Role

You'll own financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to help Solace make smarter decisions faster. You'll partner cross-functionally to translate initiatives into financial implications and drive rigor without slowing teams down. This role offers direct visibility to our CFO and the chance to scale FP&A at a fast-growing Series C startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain Solace's operating model and forecasts across revenue, headcount, and opex
• Own monthly performance package with variance analysis and action recommendations
• Lead annual planning cycles: gather inputs, pressure-test assumptions, build scenarios
• Track KPIs and unit economics (retention, CAC payback) to spot trends early

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting
• Experience with fast-growing businesses and cross-functional operating work
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and ability to explain output clearly
• Must be based in the United States
