🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive calendar of field events and programs.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle from strategy to post-event reporting.
• Align event strategy with Sales leadership to target accounts and opportunities.
• Track and report event-generated leads, opportunities, and pipeline impact in Salesforce.
• Analyze event performance and apply a test-and-learn mindset for continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in field marketing or event management.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Proficiency with event management platforms (e.g., Swoogo, Eventbrite, Bizzabo).
• Track record of executing events that generate measurable pipeline and executive engagement.
