💼 About This Role

You'll lead industrial automation projects ensuring seamless OT/IT integration across national and international environments. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams overseeing commissioning, start-up, and ramp-up phases to ensure successful project delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end industrial automation and equipment implementation projects
• Coordinate integration between OT/IT systems including shop floor, MES, and ERP
• Oversee commissioning, start-up, and ramp-up phases of industrial plants
• Control project scope, budget (CAPEX), risks, and schedule adherence

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields)
• Strong experience in industrial automation projects (PLCs, SCADA, industrial networks)
• Hands-on experience with commissioning, start-up, and plant ramp-up phases
• Experience managing industrial suppliers and equipment vendors

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP certification and/or MBA in Project Management
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IIoT, and industrial cybersecurity concepts
